Voluntary, but Genuinely Meant

Ractiveone is a micro-enterprise – yet we actively work to make our store accessible.

Ractiveone (Stronghold Group LLC) is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Sec. 2 No. 17 of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG): fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of no more than EUR 2 million. For micro-enterprises that provide services, the accessibility obligation under the BFSG does not apply, pursuant to Sec. 3 para. 3 BFSG. We implement accessibility voluntarily nonetheless, because it matters to us.

What We Already Do

We have carried out an accessibility audit. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and this standard has been implemented.

Because we are continually developing our store, we review accessibility on a regular basis and address any limitations we identify, step by step.
