Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of a single order delivered in separate shipments, the period begins once you take possession of the last item.

of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, an email, a message via our contact form, or the online withdrawal function offered below). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form for this, though it is not mandatory. You do not need a reason, a customer account, or photos to withdraw. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The return takes place within your own country; we will provide the applicable return address without undue delay after we receive your withdrawal declaration. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss results from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You can withdraw from your contract directly here online. The function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period and also works for guest orders. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration together with the date and time of receipt.
Please review your details and complete your withdrawal. You will then receive your confirmation of receipt by email, without undue delay, including the date and time.
